TL;DR

We're hiring our first dedicated marketer in EMEA. You'll shape how Listen shows up in Europe and build the demand engine behind it as we scale across the UK, Nordics, DACH France, and beyond.

This is a founding role. You'll be our first marketing hire outside the US, working alongside our rapidly growing EMEA GTM and Post-sale teams to grow the accounts we have and land the next sets. The dominant motion in year one is field and demand: conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and targeted campaigns.

You'll pick the rooms, build the programs that fill them, coordinate the follow-up, and wire it all up so we know what's working by the end of each quarter. This is a senior IC role with real ownership.

Min. 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing with real demand gen or field experience, ideally both. Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles required. Hands-on with marketing systems required. Having built a regional or category motion from an early stage is a strong plus.

Background - GTM

Listen Labs is the world's fastest AI research platform, built so every company can understand what their customers want, why, and what to do about it. Our AI conducts in-depth interviews, analyzes conversations, and delivers executive-ready insights in hours, not weeks. Born out of a Harvard research project, Listen is trusted by teams at leading brands like Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity, Sweetgreen, Replit, and Nestlé to bring real customer voices into their biggest product, marketing, and growth decisions.

Company highlights:

  • World-Class Team: Founded by serial entrepreneurs, former co-founders, and talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Rippling, Affirm, Bain, Goldman Sachs, and many more, plus IOI/ICPC backgrounds.
  • Hypergrowth: We're a 90-person team backed by Sequoia, growing from $0 to mid $XXM run-rate in under a year. We move fast, care deeply about craft, and love working with people who take ownership.
  • Europe is already working: Several of the world's largest brands run their global research programs on Listen, including across their European teams. EMEA is where we’ll put dedicated weight behind demand that's already there.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Sharpen Listen's story for European buyers. We hold the enterprise certifications and data residency commitments this market expects. Your job is making sure that part of the pitch lands.
  • Bring the best US programs to the region, and have the judgment to know which ones don't translate.
  • Own the field calendar end to end. Which conferences we show up at, what we do there, and the executive dinners and roundtables that put our European customers in a room with our best prospects.
  • Run the demand programs around that calendar. Account-based campaigns against named targets, webinars, email nurture, and the follow-up in the four weeks after every event. Partner with our growth team on EMEA-specific paid campaigns.
  • Create the content and brand moments that carry Listen in-region. Localized case studies, launch videos, blog and newsletter content, founder LinkedIn content, and scrappy brand stunts like a first EMEA OOH campaign.
  • Build out the regional engine on top of our existing GTM stack. Segmentation, lists, routing, follow-up sequences, attribution, and a dashboard that tells you and the sales team the truth.
  • Build Listen's community in EMEA, bringing European researchers, insights and marketing leaders together around Listen.

Who You Are

  • You've worked inside a B2B marketing engine and understand how the parts connect. You can look at a funnel and say where it's leaking.
  • You want the version of this job where you build the region and put your name on it.
  • You're hands-on with the systems. CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, attribution. You build the campaign yourself rather than waiting for ops.
  • You're proactive to the point of impatience. You see the gap and start closing it before anyone assigns it.
  • You can create as well as operate. Comfortable writing content and shaping brand moments, and fluent enough in paid to steer it with the growth team.

  • You've been the first marketer in a region before, or you've seen it done and know what you'd do differently.
  • You want to set the regional strategy rather than execute a calendar someone else built.
