The Opportunity

Ralio is the payments layer for AI agents. We’ve raised over $2.5 million from strong early investors and are now hiring Founding Engineers to shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-agency role; you will be the architect of our codebase and the seed of our engineering team.

You will build the platform that allows AI agents to transact safely. This includes engineering high-throughput payment integrations, designing robust agent guardrails, and architecting systems that prevent fraudulent transactions.

What You'll Do

  • Own End-to-End Delivery: From architecture and APIs to frontend, UX, infrastructure, and deployment.
  • Shape Technical Vision: Make foundational decisions about our technology stack and infrastructure.
  • Wear Many Hats: Act as an engineer, product thinker, and problem-solver.
  • Drive Impact: Translate high-level business goals into scalable technical architecture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
