The role
GPU compute is one of the fastest growing asset classes in the world, and the capital behind it still moves on spreadsheets and email. Xamar AI is building the financial infrastructure for the GPU cloud economy: the layer lenders and compute operators will run on. As our Founding Engineer, you will build it from the first line of code. It will be AI native from day one, shipped fast, and trusted with real money.
What you'll own
- Architecting and shipping our core platform end to end, from the first commit to production.
- Designing agentic AI systems that do real financial work: reliable, auditable and built to scale.
- Choosing the stack, setting the engineering bar, and shaping the team that grows around you.
- Turning each month's new AI releases into a product advantage, fast.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
