Company Description
MeetSend is building a platform that transforms event conversations into actionable sales pipeline. Instead of losing important context in spreadsheets and generic follow-up emails, MeetSend captures who teams met, what mattered in each interaction, and how and when to follow up. The product is designed for revenue and marketing teams that rely on in-person events for prospecting and relationship-building, helping them stay personal and timely at scale. MeetSend is currently in beta and focused on rapidly iterating with early customers to define the future of event-driven sales engagement.
Role Description
As a Founding Engineer, you will shape the core product and technical foundation of MeetSend from the ground up. This full-time, on-site role in the London Area, United Kingdom involves owning end-to-end features—from ideation and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with the founder to translate user feedback into product improvements, build and refine data capture and workflow automation capabilities, and ensure a reliable, secure, and scalable platform.

- Write production-quality code
- Review and improve existing systems
- Collaborate on product roadmap decisions
- Help establish engineering best practices and a strong technical culture
You will also contribute to hiring, tooling choices, and long-term technical strategy as one of the earliest team members.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering experience with TypeScript and JavaScript, including building and shipping production-ready applications.
- Strong experience with React and modern frontend development; experience with React Native and Expo is highly desirable.
- Experience building responsive web applications using technologies such as Vite, CSS and utility-first styling frameworks.
- Solid backend experience with Node.js, APIs, authentication, and relational databases. Experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Understanding of cross-platform mobile development across iOS and Android, including native integrations such as camera access, image handling, and Apple Sign In.
- Experience designing secure, reliable, and scalable systems, including testing, monitoring, performance optimization, and data protection.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup: able to move quickly, make pragmatic technical decisions, and take ownership of ambiguous problems.
- Strong product thinking and communication skills, with an interest in speaking to customers and turning their feedback into thoughtful product improvements.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, CRM, sales technology, or event technology is a plus, as is previous founding engineer or early-stage startup experience.
- A computer science degree is not required. Practical ability, ownership, and evidence of what you have built matter more than a conventional background.
