As a Founding Engineer at Romeai, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and high-stakes enterprise deployments. Working directly with C-suite executives at global leaders like Scania, you'll solve the $100B+ problem of fragmented supply chain data. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves quickly and builds robust systems.

What You Will Do
- Deploy and integrate the Romeai AI platform directly within the complex data environments of global enterprise partners and Fortune 250 companies.
- Collaborate with the C-suite of major industrial companies to translate their fragmented supply chain data into actionable, real-time insights.
- Build and iterate on core product features that allow enterprise clients to optimize end-to-end logistics flows and reduce carbon footprints.
The ideal candidate
- Must be a former or current Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) from Palantir with at least one year of full-time professional experience.
- Possesses the technical depth to build complex software and the communication skills required to navigate high-stakes enterprise environments and C-suite relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup culture where you are expected to move quickly, iterate often, and deliver production-ready solutions.
