Job Description
As a Founding Product Engineer at Romeai, you will build the application layer for an AI-driven supply chain orchestration platform. Working directly with former YC founders, you'll tackle complex data fragmentation across global logistics, shipping end-to-end features that help the world’s largest enterprises automate hidden costs and environmental waste.

What You Will Do
- Architect and build the application-layer orchestration tools that coordinate real-time data across suppliers, factories, and logistics partners.
- Take full 0-to-1 ownership of product features, from initial customer pain point to production-ready system used by global enterprises.
- Work closely with the AI core team to translate complex model outputs into actionable, intuitive product experiences for supply chain operators.
The ideal candidate
- Exceptional engineering background from top-tier institutions (ETH, Imperial, Oxbridge, MIT) or competitive programming achievements (ICPC, IOI).
- At least two years of full-time product engineering experience with a demonstrated track record of shipping end-to-end in high-intensity startup environments.
- Based in Europe with strong CS fundamentals and fluency in English, with French or German language skills being a significant advantage.
