A rare opportunity to join a stealth AI company from day one 🚀
Founded by a 3rd time founder (3 successful exits) who sold their last company for $300M without raising VC funding, they’re now investing £100M of their own capital to build something significantly bigger!
This is not a typical engineering role - as one of the first hires, you’ll help shape the technology, product, culture and direction of the company.
You’ll be working alongside a world-class team of engineers, operators, Ex-CTO's and Ex-founders from backgrounds including Entrepreneur First, Y Combinator and other leading startup environments.
They’re looking for ambitious builders who thrive in ambiguity, solve hard problems and want to create a category-defining company from the ground up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
