Founding Engineer | Early-Stage Start-Up | Physical AI | London

Founding Engineer required to join an early-stage AI start-up using AI to solve complex problems in the physical world.

This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor, working closely with the founders to build the core technology and help shape the product from day one. You’ll tackle challenging engineering problems at the intersection of software, AI, and the physical world, with significant ownership over what gets built and how.

You are:

  • 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
  • A strong backend engineer with excellent software engineering fundamentals
  • Language agnostic and comfortable working across modern technologies
  • Experienced building scalable, production-grade systems
  • Experienced building with AI, or deeply passionate about the potential of AI
  • Excited by high-ownership, fast-moving start-up environments
