Founding Engineer | ML & Data Science | London Based Start-Up
Founding ML Engineer needed to join growing London based AI Start-Up.
This is an opportunity to join at the earliest stage, work closely with the founding team, and take significant ownership over the development of the company's core machine learning systems. You'll have the freedom to experiment, move quickly, and directly influence both the technology and product as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Build and own the core ML and agentic systems behind planning, scheduling and disruption response.
- Take ideas from experiment to production, and make them dependable when the data is messy and mistakes are costly.
- Work side by side with the founders and customers to shape both the product and the technical road map.
- Move fast, test bold ideas and ship what works.

What you bring
- 1-5 years' experience putting ML models into production, ideally ones real users relied on
- Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience across experimentation, evaluation and deployment.
- Appetite for the pace and ownership of a startup environment.
