Dex
Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.
The role
Multi-agent AI systems are exploding, but they lack the foundational shared-state infrastructure needed to run reliably in production. Agent frameworks are proliferating, but the underlying shared-memory layer is largely unsolved. This early-stage company is building that layer: sub-80ms retrieval with ACL-gated state, designed to plug into LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and custom frameworks. This is foundational work in a category that's just getting started.
You'll be the founding engineer owning the core retrieval and state system. This isn't about integrating existing tools or working on a small feature; it's about setting the technical direction for the product, making decisions that will compound for years, and shipping the integrations that bring the first production users on. You'll define the infrastructure choices, API shape, data model, and operational posture for a critical piece of the AI stack.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
