Tremendous
Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 200 countries. 10,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average.
In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life.
Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,000 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge.
Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Do
- Hunt creatively. Build the European pipeline from scratch. Target verticals, build a referral network, and leverage relationships in markets where we have no brand recognition yet.
- Sell solutions. Tremendous solves big problems for the world's largest companies across research, marketing, and HR. Find thorny problems and build solutions that surprise and delight.
- Drive revenue. Uncapped commission and strong support. Go communicate how Tremendous helps prospects hit their business objectives.
- Build the playbook. Feed what you learn in-market back to product, marketing, and leadership. What works in Europe is yours to define.
- Be ambitious. Ambition isn't a dirty word at Tremendous. We're a team of achievers on a fast-growing product, which means growth in role and responsibility plus real personal upside.
You Have
- 4-8 years in SaaS sales, currently in a Mid-Market or Enterprise AE position, with a focus on Western European markets. Experience expanding into new geographies strongly preferred.
- A consistent track record of hitting quota.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Based in a Western Europe time zone (WET or CET).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Business acumen to identify and create new sales opportunities.
- An understanding of how to outbound, and willingness to source ~20% of your own deals.
- Strong written communication. We're a documentation-first culture.
- Desire and ability to work autonomously. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions.
- High empathy. You care about your teammates and our users.
