Scale Harmoney in the UK, from our first enterprise customer to a market of our own.

Most Enterprise AE roles ask you to manage a territory.

This one asks you to build a country.

Our mission is simple: to become Europe's leading compliance orchestrator. We are the market leader in Belgium, trusted by organisations like Mercedes, Ayvens, Belfius, Baloise and Swiss Life, and we have a strong presence in France, the Netherlands, Switzerland and other European markets.

Backed by a €10 million Series A, we have signed our first enterprise customers in the UK and we are ready to scale.

You will become Harmoney's first employee in the UK, and the person who turns that beachhead into a business.

If that excites you, keep reading.

The opportunity

This is not another Enterprise AE role.

You will have the freedom of a founder, backed by an experienced leadership team, a proven product, a live UK reference customer and a company that is already winning across Europe.

You will own the UK go-to-market strategy, scale the partnerships we have in place, close six-figure enterprise deals and feed the market back into our product roadmap. As Harmoney UK grows, you will be in a unique position to grow with it.

Your impact

You will build the commercial foundations of Harmoney UK. That means:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
