Spectrum Search Partnership Opportunity
Spectrum Search is partnered with an early-stage AI technology company building enterprise software for a complex, regulated market. The company is well-backed, already working with established global organizations and is now hiring its first commercial team members to build and scale its go-to-market function.
About the Opportunity
This is a founding go-to-market role for an Account Executive who wants significant ownership across enterprise sales. Working closely with the founding team, you will help develop the commercial playbook while personally generating pipeline and closing new business.
The focus is on large enterprise customers with complex stakeholder groups and considered buying processes. The role suits someone who has experienced an early-stage or high-growth B2B environment and is comfortable combining hands-on execution with building repeatable sales processes.
The Role
You will own the full outbound sales cycle, from identifying target accounts and relevant buyer personas through personalized prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Alongside direct selling, you will help develop the systems, tooling, and processes required to create a scalable enterprise sales engine.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
