What are we looking for?

Qualifications/Experience

  • Roughly 3–9 years’ relevant experience designing complex systems or technology ecosystems.
  • Strong systems-thinking ability and experience seeing beyond individual applications.
  • Able to think strategically while still understanding how things actually get built.
  • Experience making architectural decisions that need to last for years, not just solve today's problem.
  • Strong communication and ability to bring different technical disciplines together.
  • Ambition to build something enduring rather than simply hold an architectural title.

What will you be doing?

Your Mission

  • Own the overall Tell Shame technical architecture and long-term systems vision.
  • Define how Tell Shame organisation, platforms and system can connect and evolve together with its Mother Corporation THE SHG.
  • Establish architectural principles and prevent fragmented or incompatible systems.
  • Make the big decisions about what should be shared, centralised, federated or independent.
  • Work closely with every other architect and technical lead to create one coherent ecosystem.
