About Appealia Health

Appealia Limited is a UK-based health technology company developing Appealia Health, a patent-pending AI-powered preventive health intelligence infrastructure designed to help transform healthcare from reactive treatment towards continuous, personalised and preventive care. Our first commercial product, Guiden, is currently in active development and scheduled to launch in Autumn 2026. Guiden represents the first commercial application built on our patent-pending AI-powered Longitudinal Health Intelligence Infrastructure, providing the first commercial validation of the underlying technology while accelerating the evolution of the infrastructure that will support our future healthcare products.

Beyond Guiden, our long-term roadmap includes:

  • Appealia Care – AI-enabled Personalised Health Companion & Concierge
  • Appealia Health – Provider Intelligence Software Platform (SaaS)

As we enter this next phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional founding AI engineer to help accelerate the evolution of our infrastructure and become one of the technical leaders shaping the future of Appealia Health.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Machine Learning Engineer role. As our Founding AI Engineer – Preventive Health Intelligence, you will become one of the Core Team Builders responsible for accelerating the AI-powered Longitudinal Health Intelligence Infrastructure that underpins the entire Appealia Health ecosystem. Working directly alongside the Founding team, you will help accelerate the next generation of our infrastructure, delivering the intelligence capabilities that power Guiden while accelerating the evolution of the shared infrastructure that underpins Appealia Care and the broader Appealia Health ecosystem. This is an opportunity to help build a category-defining AI Health Intelligence Infrastructure with the potential to transform preventive healthcare, rather than simply developing another machine learning application.

Key Responsibilities

AI Platform Engineering

  • Accelerate the evolution of our AI-powered Longitudinal Health Intelligence Infrastructure
  • Design and implement production-ready AI capabilities supporting longitudinal health intelligence
  • Build scalable AI services, reusable intelligence components and production-ready AI capabilities
  • Contribute to platform architecture, scalability and long-term technical direction

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
