Founding Full Stack AI Engineer
£100,000 to £120,000 | 1 to 2% equity
London, Hybrid | Twice a week in the office.
The first engineering hire at a seed-stage startup.
You'd be building the product alongside a small team of specialists who've just closed their first round and know their domain cold. Taking it from prototype to shipped, with a real say in how it all gets built. The work is agentic AI applied to a genuinely messy real world domain, so systems that ingest unstructured data, reason over it, run scenarios and recommend what to do next, then learn from the outcomes over time.

Strong plus:
- Built agentic workflows you can actually trust.
- LangChain, LangGraph or similar.
- RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases.
- Graph databases.
- Simulation, optimisation or decision-support systems.
It won't beat a big tech salary and isn't trying to. If you need three PMs and a design system before you can function, this one isn't for you.
