Founding Team | Full-time | London / Remote-first | AI + Data + Full-stack

Join the founding team

We're building a proactive AI OS for the mind — a category that doesn't exist yet.

The product is already taking shape. We're now entering an exciting phase: building the next generation of features, learning from users, and proving product-market fit.

We're pre-seed, in stealth, and patent-pending.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join the founding team, work directly with the founders, and have a meaningful influence on what the product becomes.

The role

We're looking for a high-agency Founding Full-Stack Engineer who wants to build at the intersection of AI, data and product.

You'll have substantial ownership over new product capabilities — taking ideas from an early concept through technical design, implementation, launch and iteration.

The product already has a working technical foundation. You'll build on it, evolve it as the product develops, and make the engineering decisions needed to turn ambitious ideas into excellent product experiences.

We're deliberately moving fast. You'll work closely with the founders, make meaningful technical decisions, and have a direct line between what you build and what users experience.

What you'll do

  • Own the development of new product features from concept to production.
  • Work closely with the founders to shape ideas into compelling technical and product solutions.
  • Build across React, backend services, APIs, AI and data depending on what each feature requires.
  • Integrate LLMs, voice, AI agents and emerging AI capabilities into the product.
  • Design the data flows and models needed to support intelligent, personalised experiences.
  • Build and iterate on React / TypeScript product experiences.
  • Develop backend functionality and APIs using Python and our existing platform.
  • Work with behavioural and contextual data to create increasingly intelligent product experiences.
  • Instrument and learn from new features, using user behaviour and feedback to guide iteration.
  • Make thoughtful technical trade-offs between speed, quality and flexibility as the product evolves.
  • Contribute ideas to the product and technical direction — we're looking for someone who wants to shape, not simply execute.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you bring

We're looking for a strong generalist engineer with genuine AI fluency.

You should have strong experience with:

  • React and TypeScript
  • Python
  • Building APIs and backend services
  • LLM and AI application development
  • SQL and databases, ideally Postgres / Supabase
  • Git and modern software development workflows
  • Building and shipping user-facing products

Experience with FastAPI or Django, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow is valuable.

Experience with NLP, text classification, behavioural ML, pattern recognition, personalisation or other applied ML problems is particularly interesting.

We're less concerned with whether you've used every technology in our stack than whether you can learn quickly, reason well and turn difficult ideas into working software.

You might be a great fit if...

  • You love taking something from 0 → 1.
  • You want significant ownership without needing to be the CTO.
  • You enjoy working across the boundaries of product, engineering, AI and data.
  • You can take an ambiguous problem and find a pragmatic way forward.
  • You care about the quality of the user experience, not just the code behind it.
  • You enjoy experimenting with new AI capabilities and figuring out where they create genuine user value.
  • You have strong engineering fundamentals but aren't precious about how things "should" be done.
  • You want to work closely with founders and see your decisions immediately reflected in the product.
  • You're excited by the opportunity to help define a new category rather than simply optimise an existing one.

We are looking for rockstars who will roll their sleeves and build with us and be a part of the growth and future success of the company.

Why this role is different

At a large company, you might own one service or a small part of a feature.

Here, you can take an idea and own the whole journey.

You might shape the product concept with the founders, decide how the AI should work, design the data flow, build the backend, create the React experience, ship it to users and then use what you learn to make it better.

You'll have the breadth of a founding role without being expected to solve problems that belong several stages further down the road.
