Company Description

FinSight is an AI-powered personal finance platform that brings a user’s financial life into one place. Users can connect their bank and financial accounts, automatically track spending and net worth, manage budgets, set financial goals, build debt payoff strategies, and use AI to better understand their finances.

The product is already being built and is approaching launch. I’m a technical founder handling the engineering and product side of the business. Now I’m looking for 1–2 strong business/growth people who can help turn the product into a growing company.

Role Description

The Founding Growth & Business Partner will play a key role in building and scaling FinSight’s user base, revenue, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.

This is an early-stage, hands-on role for someone who wants to help answer one of the most important questions for the company:

How do we get FinSight from its first 100 users to 1,000 paying subscribers, and eventually 10,000+?

The person in this role will help develop and execute growth strategies across customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referrals, partnerships, and monetization.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Identifying new acquisition channels
  • Testing and optimizing campaigns
  • Building creator and affiliate partnerships
  • Improving conversion throughout the customer journey
  • Analyzing growth data
  • Developing referral programs
  • Exploring business partnerships
  • Helping shape pricing and go-to-market strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Potential growth channels may include:

  • Organic and paid customer acquisition
  • Social media and content
  • SEO
  • Creator and influencer partnerships
  • Affiliate and referral programs
  • Email and lifecycle marketing
  • Strategic fintech and business partnerships
  • Product-led growth and referral loops
  • Paid advertising and campaign experimentation
  • Conversion and onboarding optimization

This is not a traditional marketing role focused only on posting content or managing campaigns. I’m looking for someone who can think like an owner, identify opportunities, execute quickly, measure results, and continuously improve what works.

As a founding team member, you will work directly with the founder and have meaningful influence over FinSight’s growth strategy, business model, partnerships, positioning, and long-term direction.

Compensation & Equity

This opportunity is designed around performance, ownership, and long-term upside.

Equity in FinSight is on the table for the right person who demonstrates the ability to meaningfully grow the platform and achieve agreed-upon subscriber, revenue, and growth milestones.

The goal is to build a long-term partnership with someone who can become a core part of the company as FinSight scales.
