Founding Growth Lead
Orchestra is an AI infrastructure company and we are the creators of Orchestra - the Control Plane for Data and AI.
Data teams are overturning how they do their day-to-day. More people than ever want to use AI and Data to automate. But data teams still spend thousands of manual hours manually moving data, integrating tools, and firefighting ad-hoc requests. We’re solving that problem in massive enterprises like Experian and Octopus Energy, and are hiring for the team to scale our growth.
Building the Orchestra platform was the first step, but our hardest challenges still lie ahead. If you're excited to solve some of AI’s biggest problems, build a generational company, and do it within a friendly, hard-working, talented, but humble team, then Orchestra is for you.
Our Culture
Our culture is defined by six characteristics
- High Ownership and Accountability: Turn great ideas into reality and own the outcome. No red tape here, and plenty of tokens
- Ambition and High Achievement: An exceptionally high bar combined with humility
- Openness: A flat structure where the best ideas win
- Transparency: Everyone sees the goals, the plan and the numbers.
- Teamwork: it takes a village - this is a collaborative, high comms team environment
- Trust: Responsibility, flexibility and tools in exchange for high standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Role Mission
As our founding Growth hire, you'll be the driving force behind how the world discovers Orchestra. From the outset, you'll have full ownership over demand generation, from content and brand to paid acquisition - turning a blank canvas into a repeatable growth machine. This is a founding growth hire, so you'll be defining the playbook, not just executing someone else's.
You'll be empowered with an incredible playbook of guerilla, viral, and omni-channel marketing. As an AI-First company we have incredible access to data, a viral marketing playbook, and awesome partners who help us create incredible content. If you can dream it, we can test it, distribute it, and iterate on it. This is super unique for an early-stage company. We have over 100,000 followers looking at our content in a given week, so this is potentially a super high impact role for someone who knows how to summarize extremely complex technical problems in simple meme form.
What You'll Accomplish
- Own SEO: build and execute our organic search strategy to drive long-term, compounding pipeline
- Own content: write blog posts, LinkedIn posts (and yes, the odd meme) that build Orchestra's brand and voice in the data/AI space
- Own Ads: run and optimize paid acquisition across channels, owning budget and ROI
- Own the website: keep our site sharp, on-brand, and converting
- Arrange events: plan and run events that build community and generate pipeline
- Define the plan: as the founding growth hire, you'll get to build and own the growth function's roadmap as it scales
Exceptional Candidates Have Demonstrated
- A generalist mindset: you're equally comfortable writing a blog post, tweaking an ad campaign, and pulling conversion data and you’re ambitious enough and inquisitive enough to learn areas you don’t know
- Creativity: Marketing software to engineers is an old game, and doing stuff differently is what works. You should have demonstrated doing this before
- Results: you've held yourself accountable to actual KPIs, not just things like traffic, web views, and the occasional blog post
- Volume and systems: you're building the systems and processes that allow you to create content that's effective quickly. You have high velocity, and are used to shipping quality content daily
- Fast Learner: you're happy to write the copy yourself, edit the video yourself, and only bring in help once you've proven the process works. You've learned this and taught it yourself
- Big picture thinking: despite being hands-on, you can zoom out and see which channels and experiments are actually worth the team's time
- A bias to experimentation: you'd rather ship ten scrappy tests than spend a month perfecting one campaign
- Ownership of output: you've taken something (a project, a side hustle, a campaign) from zero to a real result, and can point to what you built and why it worked
- Comfort with data: you're not intimidated by a spreadsheet or a dashboard - you use data to make decisions, not just to report on them
