Who we are

Melotech is revolutionizing media and entertainment. We create art through technology for humans to enjoy. In just 24 months, our work has been heard, watched and loved for over 3 billion minutes worldwide.

Founded by entrepreneur and investor Soheil Mirpour, we are backed by top VCs Cherry Ventures, Speedinvest and GFC, alongside world-class angels from firms such as Spotify, Blackstone and KKR.

What you will do

Melotech is scaling fast, and paid acquisition is one of the engines behind it. As Growth Manager, you own that engine end to end: the budget, the channels, the creative testing and the numbers behind them. This is a paid acquisition role first, measured on what every unit of spend brings back. You decide where the budget goes across a large portfolio of releases and campaigns, in a business where small improvements compound, and you work directly with our founders, product and data team.

Today that means dozens of campaigns, hundreds of ad sets and thousands of creatives across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Your first job is to tame that volume: decide what to consolidate and what to split, separate testing from scaling, and segment by geography, age and placement so every number means something.

On a typical day, your tasks may include:

  • Account structure: deciding what to consolidate and what to split, keeping testing and scaling apart, and segmenting ad sets by geography, age and placement
  • Campaign operations: running the campaigns day to day on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, including budgets, pacing and the targets behind them
  • Creative pipeline: building a system that keeps new creatives flowing every week, with clear rules for what wins and what gets killed, and briefs that turn last week's numbers into next week's ads
  • Creative partners: directing editors, video producers, UGC creators and agencies to the volume and quality the account needs
  • Portfolio allocation: moving budget across many releases and campaigns on data, weighing upside against risk
  • Measurement: knowing which metric answers which question, for example what CPM tells you that CPC does not, and catching a shift in cost the day it happens
  • Tooling: building the reports, scripts and automations you need, with the ad platform APIs and AI tools as your daily coworkers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

We're looking for a hands-on paid operator who thinks like a trader, or a sharp growth generalist who has done the buying. Either way, you have run real budgets yourself, not through a team or an agency, and you can show the numbers.

Typically, your profile will look like this:

  • Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on paid buying, ideally in a startup or small team where you set things up yourself
  • Paid social channel ownership: you have owned Meta, TikTok or Snapchat end to end, ideally more than one of them and more than once, and you have run accounts at real volume, so you can explain how you structured hundreds of ad sets and thousands of creatives without losing control of them
  • Creative testing at scale: you test on a schedule with kill rules, direct creative partners instead of making the ads, and notice when a hook or format is burning out; ideally you bring a network of trusted editors, creators and agencies
  • Portfolio optimization: you are comfortable allocating a budget across many bets with thin margins and making structured decisions under uncertainty; experience with game portfolios, app portfolios, e-commerce with many products or similar is a plus
  • Measurement and payback: you check what platforms report against your own data, you have run holdout or lift tests, you judge spend by payback, not cost per click, and you know which metric answers which question, for example what CPM tells you that CPC does not
  • Data and tooling: you work in SQL or Python, have used the ad platform APIs, and build your own reporting and automations; a data science background is a plus
  • Pace: you thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
  • A big plus: you stay close to what works in paid social right now, and you're into music, media, gaming or social
