About us
MotionSkills is building an international AI leadership and business transformation company, helping professionals and businesses build the capabilities to thrive in an AI-enabled world. We're early, ambitious, and ready to grow. Now we're looking for a hands-on Founding Growth & Marketing Partner to work directly with the founder and help turn our vision into visibility, conversations, opportunities, and customers. This isn't about producing long marketing plans. It's about finding what works - and making it happen.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a lean go-to-market and growth plan
- Identify and test the best channels to reach our customers
- Create compelling brand stories, campaigns, and founder-led content
- Grow our social presence, audience, and professional community
- Generate qualified leads and customer conversations
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners
- Develop webinars, collaborations, and co-marketing opportunities
- Use AI tools, agents, and automation to research, create, execute, and optimize efficiently
- Track what drives attention, engagement, leads, opportunities, and sales
- Learn quickly and scale what works

Who We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll bring 3+ years' experience across startup growth, digital marketing, content, social, partnerships, or customer acquisition. More importantly, you can show that you've helped grow an audience, build a community, launch something, generate leads, create partnerships, or acquire customers.
- Commercial and customer-focused
- A strong storyteller with good creative instincts
- Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution
- Confident using AI and automation to work smarter
- Familiar with growth, conversion, and performance metrics
- Resourceful with lean budgets and rapid experimentation
- Excited by AI, technology, and building something early
