Commission-Based | Revenue Share | Part-Time | Remote | Opportunity to Build Something Big

This isn’t another sales job.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build the commercial side of an ambitious technology company from the ground up. If you’re excited by startups, enjoy building relationships, love opening doors, and want your income to directly reflect the value you create, we’d love to talk.

NoveltyVR is creating a new category at the intersection of AI, interactive technology, gaming principles, and immersive experiences. Our mission is simple:

Don’t compete for attention. Create experiences worth participating in.

About NoveltyVR

NoveltyVR is an Interactive Experiential Marketing Technology Company. We help brands and agencies create memorable customer experiences through:

  • AI-powered customer experiences
  • Interactive marketing campaigns
  • Gamification
  • Playable brand experiences
  • WebXR, AR & VR experiences
  • Interactive microsites
  • 3D product configurators
  • AI business automation
  • Custom interactive technology solutions

We work with businesses that want to engage, convert, and delight customers in ways traditional marketing can’t.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. Someone who can build relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and become a trusted partner to agencies and brands.

This is an early-stage opportunity where you’ll work directly with the founder and have a genuine influence on how the company grows. Initially, our focus is on the UK and Europe, with plans to expand into the United States as we scale. While we prefer candidates based in the UK or Europe, we’re happy to hear from exceptional candidates anywhere in the world who believe they can help us grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with marketing agencies, brands, and business decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs.
  • Collaborate with the founder on proposals and solution design.
  • Help shape our commercial strategy through market feedback.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that create long-term growth.
  • Build systems and processes that make client acquisition repeatable.

You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test ideas, and help define how NoveltyVR grows internationally.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll work directly alongside the founder. This isn’t a role buried inside layers of management. Your ideas will be heard. Your contributions will shape the company’s future.

If you enjoy ownership, autonomy, and building from the ground up, you’ll thrive here.

Compensation

This is a commission and revenue-sharing opportunity. There is no fixed salary initially. Instead, you’ll earn a percentage of every deal you bring to the company. Your commission will be paid once the deal is successfully closed.

As NoveltyVR grows, there will also be opportunities for:

  • Long-term leadership roles
  • Performance bonuses
  • Increased revenue share
  • Potential equity discussions for exceptional long-term contributors

We believe people who help create value should share in that success.

  • Enjoy speaking with founders, marketing leaders, and executives.
  • Can build trust quickly.
  • Think commercially and strategically.
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Want to be part of building an international company rather than simply working for one.

Experience selling digital services, AI solutions, marketing technology, software, or creative agency services is a bonus—but curiosity, initiative, and relationship-building ability matter more than a perfect CV.
