Summary:
We're partnering with an ambitious AI startup building the next generation of enterprise intelligence platforms.
Their technology enables organisations to capture how work actually gets done by learning directly from human decision-making, allowing businesses to deploy AI agents that automate complex operational workflows rather than simple repetitive tasks.
Already securing six-figure enterprise contracts with global organisations, the business is entering an exciting stage of commercial growth and is looking for its first commercial hire to help build and scale the go-to-market function alongside the founders.
This is a genuine founding sales opportunity where you'll help define the commercial playbook while working directly with the CEO on enterprise deals.
Job Summary
As the Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales cycleāfrom sourcing and prospecting through to enterprise negotiation, closing and customer onboarding.
Working directly alongside the Founder & CEO, you'll engage C-level executives at enterprise organisations, helping them transform operational efficiency through AI adoption.
This isn't a role for someone waiting for inbound leads. You'll build relationships, create opportunities, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales processes and become a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey.

Iām in my final year doing Economics and I donāt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer ā it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donāt need a masters. Letās look at the ones youād be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet ā that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
