ABOUT CORREM

Correm is a legal platform that helps startups find and work with the right lawyer, and sells software to independent lawyers to run their practice. We are early, moving fast, and building the go-to-market engine now. You would be the first person hired purely to drive sales, so you get a real say in how we build the top of the funnel.

THE ROLE

You own the top of our startup funnel end to end. Day to day that means high-volume, well-targeted outbound to UK startup founders and early general counsel, by email and LinkedIn, to book qualified calls for our platform. You keep the engine running every day, you keep every lead clean and correctly sourced in our CRM, you show up to founder events and actually work the room, and importantly you bring ideas. You will work directly with our Head of GTM, who sets the plays, the targets and the messaging, and with Kenzo, our CEO and founder.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Outbound engine. Run daily, targeted outbound to UK startups by email and LinkedIn, at real volume, to book qualified calls.
  • Qualify and book. Hold quick, credible first conversations, qualify hard, and hand warm opportunities cleanly into the pipeline.
  • Keep the data honest. Every lead logged in HubSpot with the right source, so we can always see what is working. No leads living in your inbox.
  • Show up in person (if based in the UK). Attend founder breakfasts and startup events, represent Correm well, and turn conversations into booked calls.
  • Bring ideas. Test new angles, lists and messages, tell us what is landing, and help shape the playbook as we scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

  • You will not chase law firms and you will not own strategy or channel design, that sits with the Head of GTM. Your job is volume, quality conversations, and booked calls with startups. That focus is deliberate, it is how you win in a founding sales seat. Over time, this focus might change.

WHO YOU ARE

  • One to two years in a sales, SDR or growth role, or a sharp graduate desperate for a founding-team seat and ready to prove it.
  • Proactive and organised, you make things happen without being chased, and you are comfortable being measured on a number.
  • A clear, human writer who can hold a credible conversation with a startup founder.
  • Genuinely interested in startups and in building something from zero.
  • Fluent in English

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED

Simply, on qualified startup calls booked per week, UK-first, with the exact number agreed with the Head of GTM in your first week and a short ramp while you learn the product and the market. Do that well and the scope, the title and the earnings grow quickly as we do.

THE PACKAGE

  • £30,000 / year
  • Commission on retainers you source
  • A founding title and the room to grow into a senior GTM role as Correm scales.

HOW WE HIRE

Fast, and on substance not polish. A short first conversation, a practical task (research ten UK startups and draft the outreach you would send them), and a final chat with Kenzo and the Head of GTM. If you are the right person we will not drag it out.
