GTM Associate

This is not a traditional SDR role.

We’re hiring a GTM Associate to build the engine that gets blankspace live on thousands of publisher sites. You’ll be accountable for the fuel (the research, messaging & outreach) and the infrastructure (the lists, agents, tools & data that make it repeatable) to drive our growth, fast.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and operate with high agency; if you see an opportunity or a problem, we expect you to act on it instead of waiting for permission.

We don’t do hierarchy. Our structure is intentionally flat, with influence earned through skill & context. Our codebase is shared rather than siloed, and we move fluidly across priorities as a team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • GTM Systems: Architect the repeatable GTM machine: lists, sequences, research agents, the CRM & the analytics behind it.
  • A/B Testing: Test hypotheses on channels & messaging, measure, iterate. We won’t judge you on failed experiments. We value curiosity and grit.
  • Driving Results: Get publishers live, keep pilots on track, and own outcomes, not just tasks.
