Founding GTM Associate
Company
Neuphonic is building the future of on-device voice AI.
We develop ultra-low-latency voice models that enable super-realistic, human-like speech directly on devices. Our focus is on building efficient generative audio models and infrastructure that can run on CPU-constrained hardware, enabling real-time voice interaction without relying on large cloud infrastructure.
By dramatically reducing latency and compute requirements, we're making natural conversational AI possible on phones, embedded devices, browsers, and edge systems. This requires building high-performance systems that bridge machine learning, real-time audio processing, and distributed infrastructure.
Neuphonic was founded in April 2024 and has raised significant funding from leading European investors. We work with global enterprises across hardware and consumer AI that are building the next generation of voice-enabled products. Our open source models have been downloaded over 4 million times and earned over 6,500 GitHub stars since launch.
Our vision is a world where voice becomes the most natural interface for AI, enabling seamless, intuitive interactions that are accessible to everyone.
Role
We're looking for a Founding GTM Associate to build the top of our enterprise pipeline, working side by side with our founders and sales team.
Our go-to-market runs from open source to enterprise. Developers find and build on our open models, and the companies they work for need production-grade, supported versions for products where latency, privacy and offline operation matter. Your job is to make that path faster and more predictable.
This is a hands-on, commercial role with one clear goal: book as many qualified meetings as possible for our sales team. You'll report to the CEO and work directly with the founders, research team and sales team.
We are not looking for a marketer measured on impressions. We're looking for someone commercially sharp, comfortable reaching out to people, and technical enough to hold their own with engineers.
Your work will include:
- Identifying which companies are using our open models, researching them, and getting the right ones into a conversation with sales
- Running targeted outreach to engineering and product leaders at our target accounts, by email, LinkedIn and through our community
- Booking meetings directly with prospects and handing them over to our account executives with clear context
- Building target account lists for events, dinners and conferences, and following up within 48 hours after
- Creating the assets that open doors: account research, tailored demos, one-pagers and case studies
- Supporting open source launches and creator partnerships so they generate pipeline, not just attention
- Tracking which channels produce meetings, and recommending where we put more time and budget
- Helping build the GTM processes and playbooks we'll scale as the team grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
In your first few months, the priority is turning companies already using our models into meetings. Events, launches and creator partnerships grow from there. Open source is our biggest advantage, but we care about meetings, not channels. If paid, LinkedIn or outbound gets better results, we want you to prove it and run with it.
This is a role to learn fast in. You'll see how an enterprise AI company is built from the inside, and as our GTM team scales, there's a clear path for you to lead part of it.
You have:
- 1–3 years' experience in sales development, B2B sales, consulting, a startup generalist role or another demanding commercial environment
- Strong commercial instincts: you can spot which companies are worth our time, and explain why
- Comfort reaching out to people you don't know, and following up until you get a response
- Sharp written communication: emails people answer, and briefs our sales team can act on
- Enough technical curiosity to run our models, follow an engineering conversation and learn fast
- Comfort being measured on one clear number, with the judgement to protect meeting quality while chasing volume
- Comfort testing new channels quickly and dropping what doesn't work
- A proactive approach and comfort building from scratch
Bonus points for experience in AI, speech or edge computing, booking meetings for an enterprise sales team, or working in a CRM day to day.
This probably isn't the right role for you if you're looking for a marketing or brand role, or if you'd rather support deals than create them.
