We're a VC-backed startup building the information layer for how consumers and businesses track and forecast the future. Integrating prediction markets alongside news, socials and other real time sources. Small team, high ambition.
The Role
First growth hire. This is a high-ownership, builder role. You'll report directly to the founders and have full latitude to define how growth works here. As our founding head of GTM, you'll own everything customer-facing: how people discover us, why they sign up, and what brings them back. You'll set the zero-to-one strategy and personally execute the highest-leverage work across performance marketing, lifecycle, social, community, creator partnerships, and brand; building the playbook (and eventually the team). Your first 6 months: You'll build an engaged audience, stand up a consistent content and sales pipeline, and convert that attention into paid signups.
What You'll Own
- Own marketing strategy and execution end to end, spanning positioning, content, community, growth, and launch communications
- Develop and articulate company and product narrative across a range of audiences, including users, partners, and press
- Build and manage content across written, visual, and video formats
- Establish and grow an early community of engaged users
- Design and run early-stage growth experiments across paid, organic, and partnership channels
- Lead marketing efforts around key public moments, including fundraising announcements and product launches
- Prioritise independently across competing marketing needs within a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
