What's Orchestra?
Orchestra is an AI infrastructure company and we are the creators of Orchestra - the Control Plane for Data and AI.
Data teams are overturning how they do their day-to-day. More people than ever want to use AI and Data to automate. But data teams still spend thousands of manual hours manually moving data, integrating tools, and firefighting ad-hoc requests. We’re solving that problem in massive enterprises like Experian and Octopus Energy, and are hiring for the team to scale our growth.
Building the Orchestra platform was the first step, but our hardest challenges still lie ahead. If you're excited to solve some of AI’s biggest problems, build a generational company, and do it within a friendly, hard-working, talented, but humble team, then Orchestra is for you.
Role Mission
The mission of our GTM Engineer is simple but critical: give the commercial team the data, systems and insight it needs to grow the business. From the outset, you’ll have ownership to build and improve the infrastructure that brings together company, ICP and market data, turning fragmented information into a reliable engine for pipeline generation.
As the Lead for our GTM Engineering Team, you’ll completely own our ICP Lead list; a dataset powering our outbound funnel. You’ll have access to the best tools, budget, and the opportunity to grow the team after proving the funnel scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Accomplish
- Build the targeting engine: you’ll get to build the system that enriches our Companies and Contacts in real-time. The system will use a combination of third party data, AI workflows, webscraping, and scripting
- Define the data: identify the Contact, Company, and Timing-related signals and attributes that highly correlate with our ICP and intent to buy and ensure data quality
- Own outbound leads: your target will be a function of the number of meetings booked from the target ICP list built from the targeting engine
- Influence GTM Strategy: through identification of intent signals, you’ll be able to influence GTM strategy by defining where we put our time
- Customer 360: you’ll own our Customer 360 dataset as well, allowing consistent customer identification tracking from when someone first hears about Orchestra, all the way to when they become an Orchestra customer and beyond
- Own the plan: this is a first hire in the growth department, so you’ll get to own and define the plan for scaling this function

- A hunger to keep learning: you’ve likely had a few jobs but learn things quickly, and have found yourself picking up and learning new things as your responsibility expands
- Natural born leadership: you likely came up with growth initiatives in start-ups in the past, and made great efforts to bring others on board to go from idea to execution
- A desire to automate: you’ve taught yourself how to code, how to use AI, and how to use tools like Clay and n8n, and perhaps even taught yourself some data engineering. Now - you’re a pro.
- Being comfortable with technicals: you’ve found yourself working as an engineer or analytical role, learning programming languages like python and SQL, and/or working closely with other technical teams
- Ownership of a KPI: you’ve owned a KPI in the past or have clearly shown why target-based performance is something you’re a natural fit for
- Commercial mindset: you understand that “ship it and forget it” isn’t how this works, and have made great relationships with folks in GTM in the past
- Bias to shipping: you can spend hours automating something once in the groove, you’ve consistently been a high output team member, and have been promoted quickly
