Seamflow’s First GTM Hire

Seamflow is building the AI platform for the $300B+ global Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, the companies that verify the safety of elevators, medical devices, factories, energy infrastructure, and more. Despite its scale, the industry still runs largely on PDFs, spreadsheets, and manual workflows.

We are now hiring our first GTM hire to work directly with the CEO and build the go-to-market engine from the ground up.

About Seamflow

Seamflow helps the physical world innovate faster by removing the compliance and certification bottlenecks that slow industries from aviation and rail to medical devices, factories, and energy infrastructure.

We build the AI layer for the $300B+ global Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, the organizations responsible for verifying the safety and compliance of everything from airplanes and trains to medical devices, factories, and energy infrastructure. Despite its scale, much of the industry still runs on PDFs, spreadsheets, and manual document workflows, creating major bottlenecks for the organizations responsible for safety and compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
