The opportunity
We’re looking for a senior GTM and growth builder who wants to get involved early in building an ambitious consumer product at the intersection of AI, travel, and real-time personal data.
This is a part-time, remote opportunity designed for someone who already has a career but wants to put their experience into something they can genuinely help shape.
You’ll have meaningful equity and the opportunity to become a long-term growth partner as the company develops.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and testing the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, from positioning and audience definition through to acquisition and retention
- Finding unconventional, creative, and low-cost ways to get the product in front of the right people
- Identifying growth loops, partnerships, communities, creators, and distribution opportunities that could accelerate adoption
- Running rapid experiments across acquisition channels and turning what works into repeatable growth
- Working closely with the founding team to sharpen the proposition, messaging, and customer journey
- Using data and customer behavior to understand what is driving acquisition, activation, and retention
- Helping shape launch strategy and growth priorities as the product moves from early users towards scale
- Bringing ideas to the table rather than waiting for a brief. We want someone who naturally spots opportunities and thinks, “Could we try this?”

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
- Significant experience in growth, GTM, performance marketing, consumer marketing, growth strategy, or a related field
- A track record of actually growing products, audiences, or businesses, not just developing marketing plans
- Strong understanding of consumer acquisition and what makes people discover, try, and come back to a product
- Someone who is highly experimental and comfortable testing unconventional ideas quickly
- Strong commercial and analytical instincts. You can look at the numbers, understand what they’re telling you, and decide what to do next
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where there isn’t a playbook and priorities can change quickly
- Strong copy, positioning, and communication instincts, with the ability to turn a complex product into a simple reason to care
- Curious about AI, travel, consumer behavior, and emerging technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in building long-term value through equity

Who this could suit
You may already be working in a senior growth, marketing, strategy, or commercial role and want to build something more entrepreneurial alongside it.
You might be a growth lead, former founder, agency operator, growth hacker, or senior marketer who knows how to find traction without needing a huge budget.
This isn’t a traditional freelance role. We’re looking for someone who wants to get involved early, have genuine influence over the direction of the business, and participate in the long-term upside.
The commitment is part-time and flexible, but the ambition is not.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
