A 3-person, pre-seed AI startup building a company brain for the AI era: a platform that captures a company's knowledge, IP and the way its best people actually work, encodes it as reusable skills, and serves it into the AI tools teams already use. Founded in 2025, they've raised £425k+, backed by a specialist early-stage fund alongside angels from Shopify, Nike, UiPath and Apple. They have a working product, an enterprise automation company already building with them, and a place on the Snowflake Accelerator 2026 as one of only five global partners. Every organisation adopting AI needs its own knowledge to power it, so the market is huge. What's missing is a repeatable way to find the right companies and land them without the founder in every room, and that's this role.
What You'll Get
£55 - 60k base with OTE up to ~£90k, plus equity (exact allocation TBC). You'll join at genuine ground-floor stage, working directly with the founder and owning how the company finds and lands its first enterprise customers. This isn't joining an established sales team and inheriting someone else's playbook. You'll build the pipeline engine from scratch, with a Customer Experience function alongside you to deliver and grow the accounts you win, and earn significantly more scope as the company grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You'll Do
Your mandate is the first 50 customers, while building the structures that mean the next 200 don't depend on you. You'll own how the right companies find the business through outbound, introductions, channels and experiments, at a cost per proof of concept that works, then run each deal from first conversation to signed POC: finding the sponsor, shaping the scope and getting it through procurement and security review. The ICP is still open, so a big part of the job is working out who sponsors, who signs and who blocks, and bringing back the evidence. You'll qualify for expansion from the first call, because a POC that can't grow into an org-wide account isn't a win. Alongside selling, you'll instrument the motion end to end across pipeline, win rate and cycle length, and feed market signal into how the POC and org-wide contract are priced and packaged.

What You'll Need
You'll have carried a bag and sold into companies where more than one person had to say yes, and you'll know how procurement and security review work well enough to move a deal through them without losing pace. You'll be comfortable selling a technical, AI-native product into an open ICP, and would rather find the buyer than be handed one. The grind of early pipeline should energise you rather than wear you down, and you'll build as you sell, so every deal leaves behind something that makes the next one easier. You're motivated by ownership, outcomes and earning the scope ahead of you. Bonus points if you've built an audience, community or channel from nothing under your own name.
