Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead

We are looking for someone to drive how blankspace creates demand, wins clients, and grows them into partners. Spanning launches, campaigns, and any initiative that pulls the market towards us - plus full ownership of pre-sales and pilots from day one.

As our GTM lead, you’ll help the market see a problem it hasn’t yet named and turn it into demand. All through the story you tell, the pilots you run, and the clients you partner with. blankspace is creating a category, so there is nothing to copy.

We don’t do hierarchy. Our structure is intentionally flat, with influence earned through skill & context. Our codebase is shared rather than siloed, and we move fluidly across priorities as a team.

What you’ll own:

As this is a founding hire, the requirements of the role will vary based on business need and the strengths of the person who is successful. Initially we need someone to:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Re-invent the top of the funnel. AI has commoditized content creation & automated outreach. To lead a category we have to be impossible to ignore, and creative about how we earn attention. You’ll build, launch, measure and iterate on how we become the obvious choice.
  • Bring the market into the building. You’ll turn what you learn on the front line into product direction, working closely with our CTO to maximize the commercial value of our products.
  • Own pre-sales and pilots end-to-end. You’ll design, build, run & iterate on each pilot around customer success, so pilots become partnerships, working in partnership with our CEO.
  • Build our community. Your network is part of the job. Building a category means getting a community to back the people building it, so we will actively support and fund your profile in the AI community: the main stage at WebSummit, industry podcasts, working groups.
