AI is being rewired right now. Every company on earth is putting agents and models into production, and all of that traffic needs a gateway: routing, spend control, security, compliance. That's Requesty. 90,000+ developers and some of Europe's most demanding enterprises already run their AI traffic through us, and we're just getting started.
We're hiring a founding GTM lead as one half of a founding duo. Alongside you, a founding operator will run product, ops and internal machinery. You own everything commercial. To be clear: this is a hunting role. You'll open doors yourself, work your network, run outbound and create pipeline from nothing. The seven figure pipeline waiting for you is a head start, not the job.
Together with the two founders, you four are the core that turns a working product into a category winner. This is not a quota seat at a big company. You'll close deals with Europe's largest enterprises one week and shape pricing strategy the next. You'll sit in rooms where governments and global companies decide how their AI infrastructure gets built, and you'll be the one writing the contract.
Why this is the best GTM seat in AI right now
- The market is exploding: AI spend is the fastest growing budget line in every company, and the gateway sits in the middle of all of it
- You start with live revenue: a late stage enterprise pipeline worth seven figures, waiting for an owner
- Europe is ours to take: EU sovereignty, GDPR and data residency are boardroom topics, and we're the gateway built for exactly that
- Founding equity and founding scope: you write the playbook, hire the team behind you, and own the revenue engine as it scales

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll do
- Hunt: build pipeline from scratch through outbound, your own network and events. We expect you to bring in deals nobody sourced for you
- Own revenue: run the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract, starting with a late stage enterprise pipeline that's already live
- Own our biggest accounts: QBRs, expansion, commit deals and renewals so no customer is ever single threaded
- Build the machine: pricing, packaging, commit deal structures, CRM and the outbound motion from scratch
- Work enterprise procurement: security reviews, DPAs and legal alongside the CEO, we have the compliance story, you drive it through
- Partner with the founding operator on launches, partnerships and everything where GTM meets product
- Turn customer conversations into product signal for engineering

- You've been early somewhere: first sales hire or founding AE, and built process rather than inherited it
- You understand the AI/LLM ecosystem or can get fluent in weeks
- Comfortable with EU enterprise: data residency, GDPR and security questionnaires don't scare you
- You move fast, make decisions with imperfect data, and don't wait to be told what to do

- Been through a competitive displacement fight and won
- A black book of engineering and platform leaders who take your call
