Role Overview
We are looking for a marketer to take blankspace from a name the industry is starting to notice to the one that defines a category. The foundations are in place and a story is landing with publishers and brands. Now it needs someone to own it and scale it.
Marketplace mechanics means we have two core customers, publishers who can make money from AI agents, and the brands those agents are influencing. Both are learning the value of live search agents as an audience, so the best marketing here often teaches as much as it sells.
You’ll shape the strategy, and read the shifts in marketing before everyone else, while engineering the distribution. You’ll work directly with our CEO, GTM Lead, and Product team creating the attention that shapes a GTM pipeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Own
As this is a founding hire, the requirements of the role will vary based on business need and the strengths of the person who is successful. Initially we need someone to:
- Build a growth engine. Own blankspace.so & every landing page that turns a curious publisher into a live one. Build it, measure it, keep improving it.
- Agent-led marketing. Design the agentic workflows that research, write, publish & distribute, so a team of one moves like a team of ten.
- Drive thought leadership. Turn our data into research & content that publishers, brands and press actually cite, being creative in launches & activations.
- Quantify progress. Run demand-gen experiments, own the analytics, and tell us straight what’s working.

Who You Are
We care about mindset & what you’ve built, no where you’ve worked. If you have the following, you’re likely a good fit:
- Brand building. You've built a brand that emotes a feeling, not just a name.
- A marketer who started building. You've shipped the sites, scripts & agents to prove it.
- Agentic-first. You look at a manual task and think: this should run itself.
- Data obsessed. You know which post drove which sign-up, and you care.
Must Haves
- Marketing you've built & shipped yourself: a tool, an automation, a campaign that worked.
- Comfortable with APIs, scripts & a CMS. You've wired up an agent or a data pipeline before.
