Job Description
As the founding hire, you will bridge the gap between institutional finance and technology by owning the GP-LP relationship. You will translate fund strategies into data-driven targeting campaigns, deliver guaranteed allocator meetings, and refine client positioning. Your front-line insights will directly shape the AI product and drive business development for this high-growth platform.

What You Will Do
- Act as the senior point of contact for GPs, understanding their investment strategies and positioning their funds to maximize appeal to institutional allocators.
- Manage end-to-end client outcomes by translating GP track records into systematic outreach campaigns that deliver guaranteed, high-quality meetings with the right LPs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to feed market intelligence back into the AI-driven LP identification systems, ensuring the product evolves based on real-world engagement data.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3+ years of experience in private markets, specifically within investor relations, capital raising, or at a financial data firm like Preqin or PitchBook.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the LP landscape and cross-asset-class knowledge, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Private Credit.
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial edge with the ability to build processes from scratch and a desire to work at the intersection of AI technology and institutional finance.
