Role Description

The Founding Intern role at Lumi is an unpaid remote internship that involves working closely with the founding team on a variety of product, operations, and growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks may include:

Qualifications

  • Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize insights clearly.

  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interest in startups, product development, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Self-directed work style, willingness to take initiative, and openness to feedback and learning.
  • Current student or recent graduate in any field; coursework or experience in business, design, technology, or related areas is a plus.
  • Availability to commit to the internship schedule and work effectively in a remote environment across time zones as needed.
