Role Description
The Founding Intern role at Lumi is an unpaid remote internship that involves working closely with the founding team on a variety of product, operations, and growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks may include:

- Conducting market and user research
- Preparing presentations or internal documentation
- Supporting product development through organizing feedback and requirements
- Assisting with operational tasks such as coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and helping streamline workflows and processes
- Contributing to content creation, community engagement, and basic analytics or reporting, depending on interest and skills

This role is designed for someone eager to learn in a startup environment, take ownership of tasks, and gain broad exposure to how an early-stage company operates.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize insights clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating concise documents and presentations.
- Comfort with digital tools for remote collaboration (e.g., project management, document sharing, and communication platforms).
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in startups, product development, or technology-driven businesses.
- Self-directed work style, willingness to take initiative, and openness to feedback and learning.
- Current student or recent graduate in any field; coursework or experience in business, design, technology, or related areas is a plus.
- Availability to commit to the internship schedule and work effectively in a remote environment across time zones as needed.
