About Peak
Peak is building a new model of AI preventative healthcare, designed to help people live healthier for longer.
Members receive comprehensive health testing and ongoing, chat-based, asynchronous access to a dedicated doctor who helps them understand what their results mean, decide what to prioritise, and stay on track as their health evolves. They also have direct access to a personal trainer, nutritionist and other specialists, giving each member their own multi-disciplinary team with the high touch support to make meaningful, lasting changes.
We are building it with Dr Missagh Fini, whose practice includes Premier League football clubs, Formula One drivers and high-profile public figures in TV/film and music. The ambition is to take that elite standard of preventative care and now make it accessible to everyone!
We have raised the largest healthcare pre-seed round in the UK, backed by four repeat founders and an exceptional investor group. The goal? To build a trailblazer in healthcare that revolutionises how we approach (and prevent) disease. This will set the standard globally for the generations that follow. We want doctors ready to build a legacy!
The Role
The service is already up and running. Members have started signing up and booking in their onboarding battery of tests.
What's missing is the layer that makes it repeatable as we grow: the playbooks, escalation pathways, treatment algorithms and decision logic that sit behind the clinical work.
You’ll build that layer while seeing members yourself. You’ll review results, write recommendations, answer member messages and make clinical decisions, then turn what you learn into clear ways of working for the doctors who join after you.
The goal is simple: take great clinical judgement and build the systems that allow it to be delivered consistently at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll be responsible for
- Own the clinical care of Peak members, reviewing comprehensive health data and blood results and turning them into clear, personalised recommendations.
- Set the standard for how Peak delivers clinical care asynchronously.
- Build the playbooks, treatment pathways, escalation criteria and SOPs that turn clinical judgement into a consistent way of working.
- Work closely with PTs, nutritionists and other specialists to bring the different parts of a member's care together.
- Stay close to the evidence and continuously improve Peak's clinical approach.
- Work with the product and engineering teams to translate clinical reasoning into software and AI workflows.
- Help build the clinical team as Peak grows, including hiring, onboarding and mentoring future doctors.
Who you are
You're a broad generalist with exceptional clinical judgement and a real interest in helping people stay healthy for longer. You have a personal interest, and plenty of experience specifically within women’s health and hormones.
You already practise preventative, longevity or performance medicine, and you're rigorous about the evidence. You know the difference between what is well-supported and what is simply interesting or fashionable.
You write exceptionally well and know how to be personable and build rapport through messaging. Peak is an asynchronous service, so clear communication and great clinical decision-making without a consultation room are essential.
You like building things. You'd rather solve a problem once and build a system that works than make the same decision one member at a time.
You're curious about AI and technology, and interested in where they can make clinical care more consistent without compromising clinical judgement.
Requirements

- A broad generalist with exceptional clinical judgement and confidence interpreting comprehensive biomarker panels
- Curious about the evidence, with strong critical appraisal skills and a habit of engaging with the medical literature
- Excellent written communication and confidence delivering care asynchronously
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership and the pace of an early-stage company
- Collaborative, with experience working across clinical and non-clinical teams
- Available for around 20 hours per week, spread across the week rather than concentrated into full days
