Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Learning & Pedagogy Partner at ShowMyAI. The role involves shaping the educational vision of the product, translating learning theory and pedagogy into product features, and collaborating with designers and engineers to create educator-centered experiences.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Defining learning outcomes and use cases
- Advising on instructional workflows
- Creating educator resources and guidance
- Gathering feedback from teachers, schools, and learning organizations

- Contribute thought leadership on AI, assessment, and pedagogy

As a founding partner, this role participates in strategic decisions, supports early customer engagements, and helps establish best practices for responsible AI use in education.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems, with experience implementing or advising on technology-enhanced learning environments.
- Demonstrated skills in Training & Development, including designing and delivering educator training, workshops, or professional learning programs.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, with the ability to translate learning objectives into effective instructional strategies, resources, and assessment approaches.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex pedagogical concepts to non-experts.
- Experience working directly with educators, schools, or learning organizations, preferably in roles related to curriculum, assessment, or educational technology.
- Familiarity with AI in education, academic integrity, and modern assessment practices; interest in responsible and transparent AI use in learning contexts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and contribute as a founding or early-stage team member.
- Relevant academic background in Education, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is highly beneficial.
