About Find

Find is a global talent partner for fintech, payments and web3 businesses. We work with the most ambitious companies on every continent, and we're building something bigger than recruitment: an ecosystem that gives everyone in it value well beyond a single hire. We're a small, fully remote, dynamic team of 5 that think differently and back big ideas.

The Role

Find is hiring its Founding Marketing Manager, a true founder-marketing hire who will own the brand, voice and market presence of Find globally. This isn't a support role inside a bigger function. You'll be the marketing function, working directly with the founder Owen, and a team of five salespeople.

Your first big piece of work is strategic. Find's brand identity and positioning need building properly, from the ground up: who Find is, how it looks and sounds, and where it sits in the fintech, payments and web3 markets. You'll lead that work with Owen, then turn it into the strategy and plan you deliver.

The ambition is simple: make Find the ‘go-to talent partner in fintech, payments and web3.’ We're building an ecosystem and a community for the people and companies shaping this industry. It spans recruitment, events, partnerships and much more, and it's becoming a vehicle of value for everyone in it. Your job is to make that impossible to miss, and to grow it.

If you're sharp, driven and have outgrown your current role, and you're ready to lead rather than assist, this is the sort of job most people wait years for.

Our Founder, Owen, is a firm believer in the value of marketing so you won't have to fight for buy-in. Expect collaboration, support and real backing to get good ideas off the ground.

You'll set the strategy and carry it out yourself day to day, from LinkedIn content to CRM tidiness to running events, while also shaping how Find is seen across fintech, payments and web3. Expect ambiguity, a lot of autonomy and full ownership of the results.

This is (actually) a fully remote role, with regular travel to conferences and events in the regions Find works in (Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Asia and Africa).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Strategy

  • Lead the brand identity and strategy work for Find, from positioning and narrative to tone of voice and visual identity
  • Define where Find sits in the fintech, payments and web3 markets, and how it stands apart from traditional recruiters
  • Build the brand framework and guidelines the team (and future hires) can work from
  • Turn the strategy into a go-to-market plan with clear priorities, channels and measures, and deliver it
  • Make sure everything, from pitch decks to job ads, is consistent with it
  • Make the value of the Find ecosystem obvious, from recruitment to events, partnerships and investor relations, so being close to Find is something people actively want

Social, Content & LinkedIn

  • Own Find's voice on LinkedIn, including the company page and ghostwriting for the founder and leadership
  • Build a steady flow of content: thought leadership, hiring trends and deal wins across fintech, payments and web3
  • Shoot and edit short-form video for LinkedIn: founder clips, event recaps and spotlights

Marketing Operations

  • Run the day-to-day: campaigns, calendar, budget, reporting
  • Manage any external agencies or freelancers, including website upkeep
  • Track what's working and cut what isn't

CRM & Data

  • Own CRM data quality: clean records and sensible segmentation
  • Build and run email sequences and campaigns from the CRM

Events, Ecosystem & Community

  • Decide which events Find attends or hosts, then run them alongside a dedicated events ops person (you own the story, they own the logistics)
  • Build and run Find's own community events, including the Stablecoin Sandwich Club, turning informal networking into a recognisable, regular part of Find's brand in the stablecoin and web3 space
  • Represent Find at the major fintech, payments and web3 events worldwide, and build partnerships that raise its profile in the ecosystem

  • Real exposure: you'll work alongside the founder, Owen, and see how a global talent business is built from the inside

If most of this sounds like you, please apply. We'd rather meet you and find out together than have you rule yourself out over a box or two you don't tick.

Find is building a diverse team, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
