The First Wearable for your Gut & Nutrition (www.suna.health)

You own the physical object: mechanical design, industrial design and the tooling that turns both into something people wear around the clock. A device worn on skin has to earn its place there, and that is your job.

Quick facts

  • Location: London, in person
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: Competitive salary + equity
  • Team Size: Small founding team

What this actually is

Nobody has properly cracked real-time signals from this part of the body. We are building the first wearable for gut and nutrition, on a mission to make the human body understandable to anyone. This is a real seat on the founding team. You own your patch end to end, and what you own grows as fast as you can carry it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll own

  • Mechanical construction: DFM, DFA, materials and tolerance stacks
  • Industrial design: form factor, comfort, look and feel
  • Tooling and production: injection moulding, toolmakers, manufacturing partners. You commission tools, you do not just draw them
  • The skin interface: adhesives, materials and comfort across days of continuous wear
  • The mechanical structures our sensing depends on: cavities, seals and membranes

You'll fit if you:

  • Run at a high level of agency. You see what needs doing and do it, no hand-holding.
  • Ship. You have shipped a physical consumer product and watched real people drop it, sweat on it and wear it.
  • Know what a mould tool costs, takes and forgives. Tooling is familiar ground for you.
  • Are equally fluent in CAD, on a factory floor, and in an argument about a 0.2mm wall thickness.
  • Stay with things. We back people who commit to a mission, not job-hoppers.

Bonuses

  • Wearables or other skin-worn devices
  • Injection moulding from tool design to first article
  • A portfolio of shipped objects (not just renders)
  • Consultancy years behind you and product years ahead of you
  • Time at a wearable (Oura, WHOOP) or in health, wellness or IoT.

Dealbreakers

Be honest with yourself before you apply. This is not the one if:

  • No prior interest in health or health tech.
  • You are high maintenance.
  • You hop jobs. It is a red flag for us.
  • You chase big names and vanity metrics over the mission.
  • You want a strict 9-to-5. This will never be that.
