Co-Founder, Growth & Sales

Thirdline | An Entrext Company
Equity only | Founder role | Remote

About Thirdline

Thirdline is built on a simple thesis:

People don't need more networking. They need the right person with the exact knowledge to solve the bottleneck.

We're building a network where people discover hyper-specific opportunities based on what they need and what they can offer in return.

  • Swipe on an exchange.
  • Match with the right person.
  • Connect 1:1.
  • Make the exchange happen.

You just got a deal made.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a Co-Founder who owns Growth & Sales at Thirdline.

Not someone who wants a growth role.
Not someone looking for a salary and a set of targets.

We're looking for someone who believes in the thesis enough to make it their own.

You will own the commercial side of the company from day one:

  • Figure out who should be on Thirdline first
  • Define and continuously refine our ICP
  • Build the first network from zero
  • Talk to founders, operators, and potential users every day
  • Develop the acquisition and distribution strategy
  • Own outbound, partnerships, community, and other growth channels
  • Turn conversations into actual exchanges and deals
  • Understand why people join, why they don't, and what makes them come back
  • Build the systems that can eventually make growth repeatable
  • Work directly with the product side to turn market feedback into product decisions
  • Eventually build and lead the growth/sales function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

There is no playbook. You will be expected to create it.

The reality of the role

This is an equity-only founding role. There is no cash compensation at the beginning.

Thirdline is being built with the expectation that the company should earn its way forward, rather than depend on continuous capital injections.

Initial resources will primarily go toward product and domain infrastructure.

There will not be a large marketing budget waiting for you.

If we discover real traction and a strong opportunity to scale, funding can be considered. But we are not raising money simply to manufacture growth.

You should be comfortable building with constraints.

What we're looking for

You don't need to have worked at a big company.

We care much more about whether you can:

  • Sell something you genuinely believe in
  • Start conversations with strangers
  • Find the right people without being handed a list
  • Understand a market by talking to it
  • Create opportunities from nothing
  • Experiment quickly
  • Take ownership when something isn't working
  • Think commercially, not just operationally
  • Build relationships that turn into actual outcomes
  • Operate without needing constant direction

Most importantly:

You should believe that the thesis is worth spending the next few years building around.

If you think Thirdline could become the place where people go when they have a specific bottleneck and need the right person, not another LinkedIn connection, we want to talk.

What you'll get

  • Co-Founder status
  • Meaningful founder equity
  • Full ownership of Growth & Sales
  • Direct involvement in company and product decisions
  • The opportunity to build the commercial engine from zero
  • A company being built inside Entrext, a venture studio that helps companies go from thesis to market

About Entrext

Entrext is a venture studio that looks for the right people to make companies go from thesis to market.

Thirdline is one of those companies.

This isn't a job you're applying for.
It's a company you're choosing to build.

Equity only. Founder role. Build from zero.
