Wellness for Impact Alliance

About the Role

The Wellness for Impact Alliance is seeking additional Founding Members to take ownership of one or more columns of the Alliance:

  • Executive Coaching, Life & Leadership program
  • Organizational Well-being
  • Bridging siloed thinking, and national health care system advocacy
  • Pro-bono support for marginalized communities and Low Impact "high-acheivers"
  • Supporting sister Alliances: AI For Impact, Beyond Sustainability, Coaches Support Network

Our ecosystem bridges high-performance corporate resilience with global social impact. Through our Wellness IQ Operating System, we combine executive coaching, sustainable work design, and pro-bono humanitarian support alongside health systems advocacy—ensuring high performance directly funds non-profit and community resilience.

The current priorities are:

  • The Global Rollout of the Wellness for Impact Coaching Certification: Scaling our 5-level professional pathway (Foundation to Mastery to eMBA-equivalency and future Bachelors) that trains coaches, leaders, and practitioners in evidence-based, non-clinical human capacity and work design.
  • Chapter Development: Guiding the establishment and growth of national and local chapters across the globe.
  • You will also help shape systemic advocacy, champion evidence-based frameworks, and support key regional activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chapter Building & Expansion: Advise on strategies to establish and scale national and local Wellness for Impact chapters
  • Certification Rollout: Support the regional adoption and institutional outreach for the Wellness for Impact Coaching Certification and Wellness IQ framework.
  • Strategic Governance: Provide guidance on expanding the ecosystem across corporate, NGO, and institutional sectors.
  • Systems Advocacy: Drive cross-sector dialogue bridging executive performance, mental health, work design, and social impact.
  • Initiative Oversight: Support key regional activations, including Executive Leadership Accelerators and the Global Impact Tour.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Senior leadership background in Corporate Sustainability, HR/People Operations, NGO Management, Executive Coaching, Chapter/Network Building, or Systemic Health Advocacy.
  • Commitment to Integrity: Deep alignment with non-clinical, evidence-based wellness boundaries, ethical scope control, and sustainable human capacity.
  • Continental Network: Establishing connections within corporate, philanthropic, institutional, or regional practitioner networks
  • Mission Alignment: Passionate about scaling evidence-based resilience frameworks, preventing burnout in mission-driven teams, and expanding local impact communities.
