Job Title

Founding Operator

Salary

£55k-£70k + Equity

Company Description

Letty is a VC-backed startup, incubated by Entrepreneurs First, building an autonomous AI agent layer for the $1T real estate industry. Based in Hoxton, they replace manual workflows with AI employees that handle everything from tenant engagement to compliance, already seeing significant traction across the UK and initial US markets.

Job Description

You will sit between engineering and customers, ensuring product adoption across UK real estate branches. As the bridge between technical builds and real-world usage, you'll onboard agency staff, translate branch feedback into product requirements, and triage technical issues. This is a high-ownership role for a CS-literate operator ready to define the function.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Join as the third hire at a ground-floor stage, defining the operational playbook for a company rebuilding how the $1T property industry functions globally.
  • Work alongside founders from Entrepreneurs First and Cambridge ML backgrounds with backing from top-tier VCs and proven traction in both the UK and US.
  • Realize high impact by combining technical CS literacy with customer-facing strategy, supported by meaningful founding equity and a culture of radical ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation for new agency customers, taking them from signed contracts to fully live branch operations in under seven days.
  • Conduct hands-on, in-person training for branch staff and managers across the UK, developing a scalable curriculum of documentation, videos, and certification paths.
  • Act as the technical bridge by triaging production issues using SQL and log inspection while providing structured, high-signal feedback to the engineering team.

The ideal candidate

  • Possesses a CS background or equivalent technical depth with the ability to read codebase logic and write complex SQL queries independently.
  • Demonstrates a teacher's instinct with significant experience in customer-facing roles like implementation, solutions engineering, or product training within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Thrives in a high-intensity, five-day in-office environment and enjoys traveling to customer sites to solve real-world problems rather than working behind a screen.
