About

Astute is building the B2B new media company, starting with creator partnerships. Astute's AI-native platform is transforming how B2B companies grow. We help businesses partner with trusted creators – newsletters, podcasts, Substacks, and LinkedIn creators – to reach highly engaged, high-intent audiences that traditional marketing channels increasingly struggle to reach. By combining AI with creator partnerships, we’re building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of B2B customer acquisition. We’re now growing our founding team as we scale the business and bring this vision to market.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, generalist role working directly with the CEO to help build one of the fastest-growing AI startups from the ground up. You will become the CEO’s commercial right hand, operating across sales, growth marketing, customer acquisition, partnerships, and business operations. During the first 6 to 9 months, your primary focus will be helping the company achieve ambitious revenue and customer growth targets by executing across every part of the commercial function.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in an early-stage environment where no two days look the same. While the immediate focus is commercial execution, there will be opportunities to expand into operations, strategy, product, and other areas of the business as the company scales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
