What if your passion for motorcycles and adventure could become something you actually build and own?

I’m the founder of Indian Escapades, an India-based adventure travel company creating premium motorcycle expeditions across some of the most spectacular riding destinations in the Indian subcontinent.

Our flagship experience, Himalayan Odyssey, takes international riders through the Indian Himalayas, remote mountain roads, high-altitude passes and some of the most extraordinary landscapes in the region.

We are now looking to build a strong UK community of riders interested in experiencing India on two wheels.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a UK-based person who can help us build and grow the Indian Escapades presence in the UK. The role would involve:

  • Building a community of UK adventure and motorcycle riders
  • Developing relationships with motorcycle clubs, riding groups and local communities
  • Generating interest and bookings for Indian Escapades expeditions
  • Organising local meetups, presentations and rider events
  • Supporting local marketing and content initiatives
  • Representing Indian Escapades within the UK
  • Helping shape the future UK business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
