About Do Well Do Good

We bring together consultants from top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and former senior operational executives from major corporations (Valeo, Renault, EDF, Stellantis, Orano) to support executive committees on their strategic and operational challenges across four sectors: energy transition, mobility, sustainable construction, and circular economy.

About the role

The Founding Partners Program (dowelldogood.com/founding-partner-program/) is an opportunity for you to launch and grow your own consulting office while being supported by DWDG’s name and track record, expert network, consulting team, processes, and tools.

Phase 1 (Year 1) - Part-time Freelance Partner

  • Join an international cohort of 5–10 Founding Partners, sharing tips, insights, and opportunities.
  • Build and grow your own client pipeline in energy, mobility, circular economy, construction, and decarbonization.
  • Sell and deliver high-impact consulting projects with the support of DWDG’s senior experts and consulting staff.
  • Target €500K revenue in Year 1 to demonstrate traction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
