Founding Partnerships Executive | Early-Stage Technology Startup
📍 Remote - candidates must be UK based
đź’° ÂŁ45,000 - ÂŁ55,000 + attractive commission structure
I’m working with an exciting early-stage technology company that is building something completely new within AI, behavioural science and human interaction.
They are now looking for their first commercial hire to help identify where their technology can have the biggest impact. This is not a traditional sales role selling an established product into a defined market. You’ll work directly with the founders to explore new industries, identify potential integration partners and help shape where the technology creates the most value.
The initial focus will be building relationships and validating opportunities across areas including gaming, mental health, wellbeing, retail and digital experiences. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at an important stage of growth and have genuine influence over the direction of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
