About ENdi
ENdi is aspiring to be one of the leading women’s health apps, helping people living with endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMOS and PMDD better understand their health through advanced tracking, personalised insights and trusted partnerships.
Our mission is to improve diagnosis, treatment and everyday support for millions of people worldwide. Women’s health represents one of the fastest-growing and most underserved sectors in healthcare today. Millions remain undiagnosed or unsupported, creating significant demand for technology-enabled solutions that improve outcomes and access to care.
ENdi is currently attracting significant interest from investors, healthcare organisations and strategic partners as awareness of women’s health and digital health solutions continues to accelerate globally.
As we grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Founding Partnerships Lead to help build meaningful relationships across healthcare, employers and the wider women’s health ecosystem.
The Role
You’ll work directly alongside the founders, helping define how ENdi builds relationships across healthcare, employers, insurers and the wider women’s health ecosystem.
You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers and negotiate partnerships from the first conversation through to launch.
Join at an early stage and play a pivotal role in building one of the UK’s most ambitious women’s health technology businesses. This role offers the opportunity to shape our partnership strategy, influence commercial growth and potentially build and lead a future global partnerships team.
This is a remote, commission-based position with significant opportunity to grow into a permanent leadership role as ENdi scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
