What are we looking for?
3 YEARS+ Real-world experience with payment systems, financial platforms or fintech architecture.
3 YEARS+ Understanding of payment flows, currencies, reconciliation and financial integrations.
3 YEARS+ Experience with payment providers and ideally international payment environments.
3 YEARS+ Strong appreciation of security, reliability and regulatory requirements.
3 YEARS+ Comfortable designing systems where financial accuracy is non-negotiable.

What will you be doing?
- Design Tell shame's long-term payment and financial technology architecture.
- Define transaction flows, payment-provider integrations, currencies and reconciliation.
- Design systems capable of supporting future international operations.
- Build financial infrastructure that can scale with Tell Shame.
- Work closely with Compliance, Security, Data and Enterprise Architecture.
