Job Description
As the first designer at Kiki Club, you will lead the transformation of a fragmented product into a cohesive, high-quality user experience. Working directly with the CEO and engineering team, you'll rebuild the iOS app from the ground up and shape the future of their AI-driven trust marketplace.

What You Will Do
- Redesign key product flows end-to-end, starting with the iOS app to create a seamless, cohesive user experience across the entire platform.
- Establish and scale the company's design foundations, including the design system, UI patterns, and the overall bar for craft and quality.
- Collaborate on the strategic roadmap to design the world's first AI-centric mutual-friend marketplace, translating user insights into innovative features.
The ideal candidate
- A senior or lead product designer with 7+ years of experience shipping high-quality consumer products, specifically with deep expertise in iOS and mobile craft.
- An autonomous, opinionated builder who is comfortable being the sole designer and enjoys facilitating design sprints and principles within an engineering team.
- A Shoreditch-based creative excited to work in person 5 days a week in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment with established product-market fit.
